Question regarding banks and neteller???

I never had a problem using neteller with my debit card from my other bank.Now I recently moved out to LV and today was my first time since trying to post up online.My debit card keeps getting declined.And for you smartasses yes there is money in the acct.I thought I read somewhere that some banks are not letting customers send money to neteller because they know it could be going offshore for gambling,or something along those lines.Does anybody have insight?

Just spoke to neteller and told them my problem.They said that the card is blocked from doing business with them.I would have use efts to make deposits.WTF.

I've got the same problem. Firepay is better in a sense because their eft's are instantaneous.
